Su cadena -plantas, auto-tanques y cilindros- es regulada por ASEA y CRE\/CNE. En 2025, la ASEA lo declar\u00f3 actividad de alto riesgo, activando normas de emergencia con requisitos estrictos:<\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>NOM-EM-006-ASEA-2025 &#8211; Transporte. GPS activo, l\u00edmite 80 km\/h y evidencia de seguridad en auto-tanques.<\/li>\n<li>NOM-EM-007-ASEA-2025 &#8211; Distribuci\u00f3n. Pruebas hidrost\u00e1ticas, reportes anuales y mantenimiento documentado. Las inspecciones ASEA pueden durar d\u00edas y cubrir cada elemento de SASISOPA. Su red de gasoductos y plantas es regulada por ASEA bajo los est\u00e1ndares m\u00e1s estrictos. Los operadores deben solventar brechas normativas antes de las fechas l\u00edmite de 2026 para evitar sanciones, suspensiones o la revocaci\u00f3n de permisos.<br \/>\nEn 2025, la ASEA actualiz\u00f3 el marco regulatorio con estas normas fundamentales:\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>NOM-019-ASEA-2024 &#8211; Instalaciones de Procesamiento. Obligatoria desde el 1 de marzo de 2026. Sustituye a la NOM-137. Ampl\u00eda el control de emisiones a seguridad industrial y operativa integral.<\/li>\n<li>NOM-020-ASEA-2024 &#8211; Transporte por Ductos. Obligatoria desde el 28 de febrero de 2026. Sustituye a la NOM-007. Aun as\u00ed, caen bajo jurisdicci\u00f3n de ASEA y CRE\/CNE.
