NAPSsoft was created to solve a problem no existing tool could handle: managing EHS compliance at scale across a multi-entity, multi-industry, multi-site operation in Mexico.

This is how NAPSsoft EHS was born: Not from a pitch deck. From an operational need.
The challenge came from a real operator — a shelter company managing 120+ industrial plants for clients in automotive, aerospace, medical devices, electronics, and consumer goods. Each plant had its own combination of permits. Each authority had its own renewal cycles. Each municipality had its own requirements. And the entire operation ran on Excel spreadsheets, email chains, and institutional memory.
When inspections exposed gaps, management asked for information and the team didn't have it up to date. The decision was made: build a platform that makes compliance visible, trackable, and predictable. Not a generic tool adapted for Mexico. A system built from scratch for the Mexican regulatory landscape.
