CONFORMITY LEVELS
Every non-conformity is classified by severity level
When recording a non-compliance, NAPSsoft automatically classifies it: Level 1 may involve operational shutdown, Level 2 fines or restrictions, Level 3 administrative observations. Each point has its legal reference visible — the article, NOM, or regulation that supports it. The team knows what is out of compliance, how serious it is, and with what legal basis the authority can act.
EVERY FINDING MATTERS
Assign an owner, record observations, and follow up until closure
Every non-conformity receives a named owner, technical comments, and attached progress evidence. The assigned person updates the status until marking the finding as resolved — and the history is documented within the assessment showing who addressed each point and when. The complete report is downloadable upon completion.
Severity levels
Not all non-conformities carry the same weight. NAPSsoft knows this.
Every auditable point in NAPSsoft is assigned a severity level that reflects the real regulatory impact of non-compliance. This allows the EHS team to prioritize high-risk findings before they escalate, and clearly communicate to management what requires urgent attention and what can be managed in the next cycle.
Level 1: Risk of operational shutdown
Non-compliance with this point can lead to closure by the authority. These are findings that require immediate action. They appear highlighted at the beginning of the report and on the responsible coordinator's dashboard.
Level 2: Risk of fine or restriction
Non-compliance can result in financial penalties or operational restrictions. They require short-term management and documented follow-up to demonstrate progress to the authority.
Level 3: Administrative observation
Non-conformities with lower immediate regulatory impact, but which must be addressed to maintain a clean compliance record. They are managed within the normal follow-up cycle.
