NAPSOFT S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "NAPSsoft" or "the Controller"), with address at 517 South Cedros Avenue, Solana Beach, CA 92075, United States, is the controller of the personal data you provide when interacting with the website naps-soft.com and its subdomains (hereinafter, "the Site").

This Privacy Notice is issued in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, in force in the United Mexican States.

Personal data we collect

NAPSsoft collects only the personal data you voluntarily provide through the contact and demo request forms on the Site. We do not collect data that directly identifies you through browsing activity.

NAPSsoft does not collect sensitive personal data —racial origin, health status, detailed financial information, or other data defined in Article 3, Section VI of the LFPDPPP— through the Site.

Purposes of processing

Primary purposes — necessary to fulfill your request:

ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

Under the LFPDPPP, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), and to withdraw your consent at any time.

• A clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
• A copy of a valid official ID.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt. If the request is approved, it will be implemented within the following 15 business days.
